Weekend Coffee Share #4

If we were having coffee I would tell you that I haven’t had a very interesting week. It’s been pretty slow, which is nice after the last few weeks I’ve had.

It’s been a week to catch up on things.

I have received one piece of exciting news though. A short piece I’ve written, A Walk Through Spring Gully Conservation Park, will be published in the October issue of Positive Words. If you haven’t heard of Positive Words before, it is a monthly magazine that publishes poems, short stories, and other pieces of writing. I’ve had a subscription for a few years now and I always enjoy reading it when it arrives in the mail each month. You can check out the website here if you’re interested.

You might also have noticed that I posted a book review this week. I’m an avid reader and love to discuss books, much to the dismay of strangers I stop in the street to have a chat about my latest find. I really appreciate being introduced to new books and writers, so I hope I can return to the favour to others. Let me know what you think of my reviews, if you’ve read the book, or if you want to read the book. Also, let me know what you’re reading at the moment here, maybe I’ll review it next time.

That’s it from me, but I’d love to hear how your week was. Let me know in the comments section and I hope the coming week brings you much happiness.

I know you were thrill to receive the notice that your short story would be published. I read a lot, but usually different from most reviewers. I just finishedTHE NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEA by E. J. Copperman. It is a paranormal normal mysztery. Good Luck with your reviews. Have pleasant week.
