Weekend Coffee Share #9

If we were having coffee I would tell you that this week has been a joyous one. I’ve finished my studies for the year and now I have time for all the things I haven’t been able to do throughout the year. I’m very excited about all the prospects it break brings with it.

I’ve been able to put all my files that were backed up on discs onto external hard drives. A huge job, 2TB in total. I’ve been wanting to do it for a while, but I haven’t had the time to sit down and do it.

I spent a lovely day out in the sun yesterday. I read; I had a tea party; I danced around the garden with fairies. Okay, that last thing didn’t happen but it would have been cool, right?

I’m excited for the commencement of NaNoWriMo on Tuesday. I’ve got a very basic story outline. I don’t like to do detailed outlines as I always find my story changes dramatically from my initial ideas. I like to follow the story in the direction it leads rather than try to force it down a path it doesn’t want to go. I’ll keep you updated on my word count each week, perhaps I should also keep a tally of my coffee intake (that could be very disheartening).

Well, that’s it for me this week. I’ll catch up with you again next weekend. Have a wonderful week.
