If we were having coffee I would ask you how you week was. Was it relaxing? Enjoyable? Overwhelming? Frustrating? I sure hope it was the former, either way grab a hot cup of coffee, put your feet up, and unwind.
I was on annual leave this week. I didn’t go away, I just used my time to catch up on things. It’s been quite nice doing those things I don’t normally have time to do. On Tuesday I went to the newsagency, bought Time Magazine, and went to a cafe where I proceeded to read Time with a lovely strong coffee in my hand. I don’t often get to do things like this, actually I never get to do things like this. It was a really nice change, so on Wednesday I decided to take my Mum to the same cafe and we had a delicious brunch and enjoyed our girls morning. You remember Mum don’t you? The lady from the hand wash debacle.
The books for my next, and last, semester of uni arrived this week. I’ve started reading them to get a head start, something I’ve found very necessary when you’re studying full-time and working. I’m ready to start the semester, I think I’ve had enough time off from studying. I still have a few more weeks off and I’m a bit worried that it will take me a while to get make into the swing of things.
This weekend I will be reading and using my last couple of days of leave to relax before I go back to work on Monday.
I hope you have a fantastic week and I’ll talk to you again next weekend.
P.S. Mum and I also had a tea party because we L-O-V-E tea parties! Here’s a photo of me pouring said tea.

Aww cute look for your tea party…did you have a cream tea as well?

No scones, just black tea. We had our tea party just after lunch, so we were a bit full.

Love the hat. Tea sounds wonderful…. Hot Coffee in the morning and Hot Tea in the evenings (though here in Arizona, iced-tea is mor likely to be desired in the evenings).
